This is probably the most awesome antique/vintage store I've ever been in. Quite a great selection of items, very reasonably priced and tons of things to look at. The store is decorated with a tree amount of WWII memorabilia which is aweso, but unfortunately not for sale. Very cool store to visit. Worth a drive and we will definitely return.

This is a fascinating place! It's part consignment-part museum! Seriously. They have the most memorabilia from the WWII American home front I've ever seen in one place--and I've been to the WWII American Home Front Museum in Georgia! If you're a WWII enthusiast or you have students who are studying the time period, you need to visit this place. The owner is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Do note that there are a few items that may not be appropriate viewing for all (Remember some of the paintings on the sides of those WWII planes?) But, there are plenty of household items, uniforms, and toys from that era to view. There are consignment items for sale in addition to all the cool things to look at! I like to stock up on handcrafted notecards when I go. The prices are very reasonable. One of my favorite things is hearing the jukebox playing 1940's music as soon as you enter. It's a cool place to visit! Also, the Chow Hound Canteen has delicious food. I've not tried their breakfast menu yet, but the catfish and veggies are fantastic. The food and the decor make the dining experience fun and unique. Highly recommend.

I love the vintage World War Two era theme of the entire establishment. Lots of cool memorabilia on display including a 101st Airborne “screaming eagles” Army uniform. The music is from the 1940’s-50’s and goes really well with the vibe of the place. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s lots of cool items for sale in the store and good food in the diner. I purchased a lovely army jacket from the store. Definitely worth a visit.
